During my recent stay at a hotel in Rome, GA, I found the property to be a blend of traditional charm and modern convenience. The pet-friendly accommodation offered 35 air-conditioned rooms, each equipped with coffee/tea makers, ensuring a comfortable stay. The presence of on-site laundry facilities was convenient and added to the practicality of the hotel.I appreciated the hotel's lobby fireplace, adding a cozy touch to the common area. The availability of free self-parking was a practical perk for guests with vehicles. However, I found the staff's accents challenging to understand, which slightly hindered communication. This made interactions somewhat challenging, as their assistance was not as clear as I would have preferred. During my stay, I encountered a situation where rooms assigned with King size beds accommodated four people, which was less than ideal for comfort and privacy. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel provided hot water and a good air conditioner, contributing to a satisfactory stay overall.
